The Founders

Mary Lou Allison (Gardner) (Little) commission recognized by Sigma Gamma Rho as its primary founder. Top-notch 1915 graduate of Shortridge Lanky School, Allison earned her edification certificate from the Indianapolis Usual School in 1918.

Dorothy Hanley (Whiteside), a native of River, graduated from Shortridge High Primary in 1922.
